By using Developie, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Developie provides services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• WordPress development
• Branding and logo design
• SEO and digital marketing
• Website maintenance and support

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Supply content, images, and assets on time
• Maintain communication during the project
• Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe

Payments

• Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins
• Remaining balances must be paid according to agreed milestones
• Delayed payments may pause ongoing work

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included based on the selected package or agreement. Excessive revisions or scope changes may result in additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client will own the final approved website design and content unless otherwise agreed. Developie may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use the website or services for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent behavior
• Malware or harmful software distribution
• Copyright infringement

Limitation of Liability

Developie is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Downtime caused by third-party hosting/services
• Client-provided content issues
• Security breaches caused by third-party systems

Service Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for abusive, illegal, or non-compliant behavior.
