Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
At Developie, we provide custom digital services including website design, WordPress development, branding, SEO, and related digital solutions.
Due to the nature of digital services and the time involved in planning, designing, and development, all payments made to Developie are non-refundable once work on the project has started.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be requested if:
- The project has not yet been started by Developie
- No research, planning, design, development, or related work has been initiated
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Work has already started on the project
- Design concepts or revisions have been delivered
- Development work has been initiated
- The client changes their mind after project commencement
- Delays occur due to lack of communication or missing content from the client
- The project is paused or abandoned by the client
Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project through written communication. If work has already started, all completed work and time invested will remain billable and non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for completed or ongoing work. Developie reserves the right to provide project files, communication records, invoices, and proof of work in response to any dispute.
